SHIPPING INFO

All firearms must be shipped to BAM Customs, a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL), in compliance with federal law and individual carrier regulations. Firearms must be unloaded, contain no ammunition, and include a copy of your government-issued ID inside the package.

For shipping purposes, a firearm includes the serialized receiver or frame. USPS does not allow non-licensees to ship handguns. UPS and FedEx require firearm shipments to be FFL-to-FFL, so non-licensees must ship serialized firearms, including frames or receivers, through a local FFL. Non-serialized parts may ship via common carrier.

If you ship through an FFL, that FFL may request a copy of BAM Customs’ FFL directly. BAM Customs does not send FFL copies to individual clients.

Firearms are returned directly to the owner by BAM Customs via UPS or FedEx with adult signature required. Return shipping is included only where specified. Insurance is optional and must be requested with a declared dollar amount. Insurance fees apply even when return shipping is otherwise free.

Shipping regulations and carrier policies change and may vary by location. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify all shipping requirements with the carrier or FFL prior to shipment. BAM Customs is not responsible for carrier delays, losses, damage, denied shipments, or other shipping-related issues.
