REFUND POLICY
Due to the custom nature of Cerakote services, firearm coatings, and specialty work, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Custom Services
Once work has begun, deposits and payments for custom services are generally non-refundable.
Defects or Errors
If a defect in workmanship occurs, BAM Customs will evaluate the issue and determine appropriate corrective action, which may include rework. Return shipping policies apply where specified.
Shipping
BAM Customs returns completed items via United States Postal Service (USPS) unless otherwise agreed in writing. Adult signature confirmation is required for all return shipments to ensure proper delivery.
Insurance is not automatically included unless specifically stated. Customers who wish to insure a return shipment must request insurance in advance and approve any additional cost associated with that coverage. Failure to request or approve insurance constitutes acceptance of shipment without added insurance coverage.
BAM Customs is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers once a package has been transferred to the carrier.
Non-Refundable Items
Custom services, completed coatings, custom firearms, and personalized or made-to-order items are non-refundable once work has begun or the item has been completed.
By submitting an order, the customer acknowledges responsibility for reviewing service descriptions, eligibility requirements, finish options, pricing, and turnaround estimates prior to purchase. Questions regarding suitability, scope, or eligibility should be addressed before placing an order.
Approval to proceed—whether explicit or implied by order submission—constitutes acceptance of the selected service and associated terms. BAM Customs is not responsible for dissatisfaction arising from selections made by the customer when the work has been completed as described.
While custom services and completed work are generally non-refundable, BAM Customs may, at its sole discretion, review concerns on a case-by-case basis. Any such review does not imply an obligation to issue a refund, replacement, or credit.
BAM Customs reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution, if any, based on the specific circumstances of the order, the work performed, and compliance with the agreed service scope.
